W1 - Doktortoren delivered

After months of hard work, our fantastic project W1 - Doktoren has also been completed. We built this project on behalf of van Immpact & Kairos.

The site team gave their best every day for 2 years with a result to be more than proud of. The 81-meter-high residential tower includes no less than 154 apartments with fantastic views across the city. On the three highest floors are the penthouses topped by a communal roof terrace on the 23rd floor, accessible to all residents. The exterior landscaping will extend to ZNA, creating a pleasant walking route.

It was an enormous challenge for our site team to help set up the technical coordination as early as the structural phase. The central location was also an additional challenge: right in the middle of the busy city center next to several other construction sites.
