Marchandises reaches highest point

Anderlecht – 1 September 2023

On Friday 1 September, we held our topping-out ceremony at our Marchandises construction site in Anderlecht. Our site has reached its highest point and is now in the final phase of the structural work. To mark this, we wanted to once again honour all the workers and the entire site team who have made this possible.

In addition, a safety award was presented to ‘Les entreprises Esmer’ for their efforts in the area of safety, both on and off the site.

The Marchandises project is situated on a site between Tweestationsstraat, Goederenstraat and Grondelsstraat in Anderlecht.

The project comprises nine owner-occupied homes for the open market, a nursery, five multi-purpose spaces, four workshops for production activities, three office floors, 113 underground parking spaces, nine motorbike parking spaces, eight above-ground parking spaces for the workshops and 276 cycle parking spaces. A new lane or private access road to the workshops will also be constructed.
