Campus STREAM officially opened
A milestone for mixed urban development in Brussels
Anderlecht - On September 1, hundreds of students and teachers already started using the school, but on Thursday, November 13, we celebrated the festive opening of Campus STREAM in Anderlecht. An innovative educational and urban development project that we have been proud to work on in recent years.
This new technological education campus brings together a daycare center, a municipal primary school, a GO! technical secondary school, and an adult education center on a single site. The campus creates more than 1,200 additional Dutch-language education places in Brussels and is a powerful lever for broad urban development in the Brussels Canal Zone.
Campus STREAM is the result of close collaboration between the Flemish Community Commission, GO!, the municipality of Anderlecht, and all design and construction partners. Thanks to SMAK Architects, Atelier Kempe Thill, KADERSTUDIO, POLO Architects for the design and to our partner M-gineers. We at Kairos nv (in collaboration with @Federale) & BAM Interbuild are proud to have been able to develop and realize this ambitious vision.
