Kairos, BAM Interbuild and BAM fm together form the Belgian branch under the Dutch parent company Royal BAM Group. Together, as one big team, we focus on developing, building and maintaining leading building projects.

BAM Interbuild is the building specialist of choice within Belgium, primarily for the Flemish and Brussels regions. Projects such as the MAS and the Havenhuis in Antwerp, and the Finance Tower, the NATO headquarters, and the Résidence Palace in Brussels will certainly ring a bell.

Function

• During your first months, you will be immersed in the various (technical) departments within BAM Interbuild, with a specific focus on building techniques (M&E, MEP, special techniques).
• You will thus gain experience in various technical areas of expertise such as HVAC, electricity, plumbing, fire protection and renewable energy solutions.
• You will also gain insight into calculation, purchasing, BIM, HSEQ, design & build, engineering, ... always with a view to integrated technical solutions within complex construction projects.
• You will also gain experience with our colleagues from Kairos (real estate) and BAM fm (facility management).
• You will be intensely coached by a trainee coach, may attend various training courses, and will rapidly expand your internal network.
• In this way, we prepare you to begin your position on our sites as a building services specialist with the best possible preparation.

Profile

• You (soon) have a degree in industrial engineering in electromechanics, civil engineering in energy, or similar under your belt.
• You are eager to learn and have the right motivation to join us.
• You also have a critical eye and you dare to defend your vision.
• You are Dutch-speaking. A word of French and English is a nice touch, but not a requirement.
