BAM Interbuild, commissioned by Kairos nv, has completed a magnificent new office building in Brussels. A new, high-tech office building now flaunts itself in the heart of the European district.

The unusual design by ArtBuild Architects assumes a transparent base, upon which rests a facade formed by a series of horizontal sheets of varying depths and distances. The building offers an innovative, inspiring workspace, with light and flexible office spaces. The spacious, high entrance hall, the practical bicycle shed on the first floor and the various office floors make this building suitable for the most diverse and demanding users.

A dynamic workplace that values sustainability and is ready for the changes of the future. Belnine is equipped with the latest technology in technology, air circulation and sustainability, this building will receive the internationally recognized BREAAM EXCELLENT certificate upon completion.

Belnine's central location and the neighboring construction site that was running at the same time created some preparations in terms of logistics and did give our site team some extra challenges here. But there is no challenge that could stop our #peopleofInterbuild from transforming this project, which totals a whopping 6,700 square meters, into a beautiful end result! 💪🏻
