The Waterfront project has won the Realty Belgium Residential Award! This prestigious prize recognises residential developments that excel in quality, affordability and sustainability. Located in Waregem, Waterfront comprises two iconic residential towers, offices and a hotel, built by BAM Interbuild. The towers stand out for their cantilevered shape, reminiscent of horses’ heads, their irregular natural stone façades and their serrated balconies.
