A dynamic workplace in the heart of Brussels
BAM Interbuild built this project in the heart of the European district on behalf of Kairos. Since 2022, a new, high-tech office building in the heart of the European district, on Rue Belliard, has been showing off.
The building offers an innovative, inspiring workspace, with bright and flexible office spaces. The spacious, high entrance hall, the practical bicycle shed on the first floor and the various office floors make this building suitable for the most diverse and demanding users.
Equipped with the latest technology in engineering, air circulation and sustainability, this building received the internationally recognized BREAAM EXCELLENT certificate upon completion.
