The Cube is a state-of-the-art office and hotel project in the neighborhood surrounding Brussels Airport.
With an area of 20,000 square meters, there will be office space as well as a hotel. On top of that, there will be 550 parking spaces, terraces and green areas.
The building will be CO2 neutral. BAM Interbuild is building this project on behalf of Ghelamco and will provide the structural work.
