Egied van Broeckhoven School

In its DBFM program, the Flemish government wants to realize some 40 school construction projects through public-private partnerships. The Egied van Broeckhoven School in Sint-Jans-Molenbeek should become a binding point between the 860 pupils in the so-called domain school and the local residents. B2Ai architects was responsible for the design and interior design, VK architects + engineers was responsible for stability & techniques.

A school of this order needs a strong maintenance team. That's why BAM fm was appointed to do the maintenance. Since September 2023, BAM fm has been responsible for the maintenance, for the next 30 years.
