Espace Trianon

 Peace and quiet in the heart of the city

The project is located near the Place de l'Opera, in the center of Liège. The site has a rich history: the former Crosly cinema and the Trianon theater, as well as the former offices of the LaMeuse newspaper. The project consists of 5 buildings located on a common base, containing 68 apartments spread over 4 to 6 floors. The basement provides commercial space and parking for up to 94 cars on two lower levels. All buildings are accessed from a pleasant semi-private esplanade, using the entrance doors, which allow the space to be closed off by the co-owner in due course.
