New office and residential tower with state-of-the-art technical facilities, high-end comfort and maximum efficiency
In the Kievit II district of Antwerp, Interbuild has built an office and residential tower for Kairos. The construction of both buildings is part of the further development of this district located behind the Antwerp Zoo, with the public domain being completely redeveloped according to the design of BUUR-HOSPER. The building is designed by Stéphane Beel Architects and Jaspers-Eyers Architects.
Electrabel is housed in the 11-story office tower and the 36 apartments in the other tower were sold to LIFE which sold them on the market.
Both buildings enjoy state-of-the-art technical facilities and high levels of comfort and maximum efficiency. Thus, during construction, particular attention was also paid to sustainability, resulting in the buildings achieving the BREEAM certificate "Excellent".
